During the Spring, Summer and Fall months the Toad landscaping team ensures that the areas around all of our managed properties are maintained to the highest standards. Hanging baskets are ordered in February so that they will be well established before they are hung in mid-June when the weather is warmer and the night frosts will not damage the buds.

Our team are experts in grass care and flower bed planting and weeding. They are also available for tree planting, limbing and removal after the trials of a Crested Butte winter. Toad also has a very successful noxious weed removal service. Our 35-acre subdivisions in particular are required by Gunnison County to control the spread of noxious weeds. The list includes, False Chamomile Daisies, Toad Flax, Thistle and Mustard among others.
