Yes, each unit has a garage spot and a spot in the parking lot (refer to the Plat on Toad’s website under “Governing Documents”.

In the winter months this does change as both ends of the build use their spot for snow storage.

Thus leaving every homeowner to shuffle in one spot and lose the two guest parking spots (on bigger snow years).
